Project Nithya's mental health support begins with one simple act: listening. Not to assess, not to categorise, not to fill a form — but to really listen, without a clock on the wall.
We work alongside trained counsellors, peer supporters, and women who have been through their own journeys of healing. Whatever shape your need takes, we will find the right support to match it.
